- New month, we have a new challenge! This month’s challenge getting inverted. 1- Max HS Hold. 2- Max Strict HSPU. 3- Max Distance HS Walk (or 5 min practice)
- This month’s goal is focused on nutrition. Come up with something to help you this month. Maybe it’s no grains, sugars, pop, cheat once a week, etc.
- We will be having our annual Rees Pit Party on August 21st. From 3 till dark. We’ll have a sign up sheet for food. We’ll be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs. Hope to see you there!

Mark your calendars, we will be having the Rees Pit Party on August 21st (Friday) from 3 pm till dark. Bring your friends and family, all are invited!
Once a year, we do a party on one of our members’ property. The “Pit” is basically a private owned big huge pond.
They have a high dive, swinging rope and also a zipline. Bring kayaks or paddle boards, or just some chairs to hang out and relax!
We will have a sign up at the gym for snacks and stuff like that. We will be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs. Hopefully you guys can make it! It’s always a fun time and we are always grateful that the Rees family lets us hang out at their special place!
We will have more info as far as the directions and all that as time gets closer. For now, just mark it on your calendar!
We will also be cancelling the 6:30 pm class after this week. Starting August 3rd we will only have a 4:30 and 5:30 pm class. We’re still figure out what times work best for everyone. As of now 6:30 pm isn’t getting any people. This might change as people go back to work later on in the year. If we feel you guys need another PM class then we will add it back in, at least for the summer time we’ll be taking it away.
